Why does your business email need protection?

With an address such as info@yourbusiness.es, you send enquiries, quotes or invoices. Someone else may try to send a message that appears to come from your company. SPF, DKIM and DMARC help receiving mail servers check whether a message is authorised to use your domain. They do not stop every form of phishing.

For example, you may use Microsoft 365 for email and a separate contact form on your website. The systems that send mail using your domain need to be identified. Incorrect settings can interfere with the delivery of legitimate messages.

With an Email & Domain Check, I review the current setup and explain what works and what needs changing. If you choose SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration, I make the agreed changes and test the results.

These are business email authentication settings. SPF lists authorised sending servers, DKIM uses digital signatures, and DMARC tells receiving mail servers how to handle messages that fail the authentication policy. Together, they help limit misuse of your domain name.

I first identify the services that send your email, then make changes carefully and test the results. I configure DMARC gradually because a policy that is too strict can block legitimate messages. Problems cannot be ruled out completely.

An Email & Domain Check costs €125 excluding VAT. A Website Security Check costs €225 excluding VAT. Checking one website and one domain together costs €315 excluding VAT. Fixing discovered issues is included only when explicitly agreed.

No. Do not send passwords with your enquiry. If access is required, we agree how temporary access can be provided securely. Temporary permissions can be revoked after the work.
