A website project can get stuck for many reasons. The designer disappeared. The developer stopped responding. The website is half-finished. Something broke after an update. Or the setup has become so messy that nobody knows what is going on.
I take over stuck and broken website projects and help you understand what can be saved, what needs to be fixed and what is better to rebuild.
The first step is always a review. I look at the website, the setup, the CMS, the hosting, the code and the main problems. Then I explain the situation in normal language, so you know what your options are.
